How The Test Works
We gather data while you exercise at a controlled pace.
Whether you're on the treadmill, bike, rower, or deadlifting, you'll begin the test at a low-intensity level and increase intensity over even intervals. We monitor your heart rate, Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), and your blood lactate levels until you safely reach your exertion limit.
The test takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes, and at the end, we plot your data on a graph to reveal heart rate training zones specific to you.

Heart rate range during which you begin to burn your glucose reserves from your daily intake. Proper nutrition is key to avoid burning your lean mass in this stage.
