Ron is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as American Fitness Professionals & Associates. He has been helping people improve their health, fitness and quality of life for over 20 years.

Ron believes in a very simple formula for a successful client/trainer relationship:


First, training sessions must always be meticulously supervised and SAFE. This is paramount.

Second, training sessions must always be challenging, yet FUN and engaging. This will help keep both client and trainer committed to the goals they have set forth.

Third, training sessions must always be expertly designed to be EFFECTIVE in order to guarantee the best results.
