Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) is a class of up to 12 people led by one of our certified personal trainers.
Specialized Personal Training
Our trainers offer a variety of specialized workouts just for you. Whether you need to play sports, enjoy the water, go on runs, or enjoy one of our strength & fitness programs, there's something for everyone.
Aqua SGPT
Aquatics meets group fitness meets personal training. Jump in to one of these classes that bring all the benefits of personal training in a group aquatic setting.
Member Pricing
Installment options are available. Pricing depends on your trainer's level. Levels are determined by their time in the industry, tenure in the company, and education. Pricing for Specialized Personal Training may differ.
Non-Member Pricing
$5 more per session, regardless of the length of the session or the size of the package purchased.
