Small group training program to help you transform

Elevate your health during this transformation program focusing on education, exercise, coaching, and accountability.

Thrive in this community-oriented transformation program with coaching and accountability multiple times a week. Participants will make an 8-week commitment to attend two small group classes each week with a group of fit-minded individuals.


Individuals will work with a personal trainer and registered dietitian to develop personalized nutrition and strength training plans to complement their weekly group training sessions.


Over 8-weeks, you'll take a deep dive into nutrition and exercise techniques and behavior modification to learn the tools necessary to achieve your goals. Implement and reflect on what you've learned with actionable tasks and prompts to reflect in your program workbook.

Weekly Group Workouts

Two weekly SGPT classes for camaraderie and friendly competition.

One-On-One Guidance

Get one-on-one help from a personal trainer and one of our registered dietitians to develop nutrition and strength training plans to complement the weekly group classes.

Handbook, Logbook, & Workbook

Have access to nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification information and tips written and approved by a HAC dietitian and personal trainer. Also, receive a logbook and workbook to track information and implement positive behavior change.

8 Weeks

  • Two sessions with one of our registered dietitians

  • Personalized strength training plan

  • Weekly weigh-ins

  • Class Myzone Challenge for some additional, fun accountability. (optional)



Two weekly small group personal training sessions facilitated by Rachel Evans. Includes a program handbook, a daily logbook for exercise and nutrition, and a workbook with actionable tasks and prompts for reflection.
