Small group training program to help you transform
Elevate your health during this transformation program focusing on education, exercise, coaching, and accountability.
Thrive in this community-oriented transformation program with coaching and accountability multiple times a week. Participants will make an 8-week commitment to attend two small group classes each week with a group of fit-minded individuals.
Individuals will work with a personal trainer and registered dietitian to develop personalized nutrition and strength training plans to complement their weekly group training sessions.
Over 8-weeks, you'll take a deep dive into nutrition and exercise techniques and behavior modification to learn the tools necessary to achieve your goals. Implement and reflect on what you've learned with actionable tasks and prompts to reflect in your program workbook.
Weekly Group Workouts
Two weekly SGPT classes for camaraderie and friendly competition.
Get one-on-one help from a personal trainer and one of our registered dietitians to develop nutrition and strength training plans to complement the weekly group classes.
Handbook, Logbook, & Workbook
Have access to nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification information and tips written and approved by a HAC dietitian and personal trainer. Also, receive a logbook and workbook to track information and implement positive behavior change.
The nutritional advice for this program was fantastic. Even though I eat very well, working with the RD one-on-one, I learned ways to improve upon my existing food choices. Specifically, I learned tactics to sneak in more needed nutrients for more balanced nutrition and to better fuel my workouts. These tips helped me to also balance my weekends, where I typically blow my diet. Regarding the exercise portion, the small group fitness classes with personal trainer Rachel Evans are truly a game changer. She is truly extraordinary. Her classes are challenging yet fun and always something different. She motivates all of us and keeps it super fun so that the entire class is very competitive, yet supportive. A super combination to achieve gains in strength, definition, and confidence. I highly recommend this program, especially if you are looking for a kickstart and/or have hit a plateau!
