Experience a new approach to getting fit and losing weight. Participants “spin” their weight off in private cycling classes held just for them and coached by a certified spin instructor and personal trainer, Rachel Evans.
Coupled with weekly small-group-personal-training-style classes that progress as you do, you'll burn fat and build muscle, giving you a foundation for cardio and resistance training to ideally carry with you through life.
This 8-week program combines coaching, camaraderie, and calorie burn. Simple, supportive, and packed with tools for success, Spin & Strength teaches you to incorporate healthy habits into your everyday life.
Weekly Exercise Sessions
3 coached group sessions each week:
2 cycling classes &
1 Small group strength training class.
Nutrition Handbook & Daily Log Book
Get in the habit of tracking what you're eating and have access to nutrition tips written and approved by HAC dietitian, Jeannie Versagli.
Weigh-ins & Measurements
Know where you're starting and track your progress to benefit from a little added accountability.
